Two-part polyurethane casting
Meter-mixed, chemically cured urethane elastomer poured into heated molds. Hardness from soft gel to near-rigid.
Mold making and tooling
Prototype tools from a pattern or print, aluminum production molds for repeat runs. You own the tooling.
Prototyping and low-volume runs
First articles and short runs from a print or sample, often in days. The fastest way to find out if urethane works for your part.
Production runs
Scheduled programs from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand parts a year, with domestic material and predictable lead times.
