Once a part is proven, it moves to multi-cavity aluminum tooling and a release schedule. Material is domestic, lead times are ours to control, and every lot ships with inspection records.

Built for the middle

Titan Works is sized for the programs the largest urethane casters have been walking away from: mid-volume, repeat parts that need to ship on time every month. Our largest customers are aftermarket suspension brands whose kits depend on our parts arriving when promised.

How a production program runs

Tooling. Multi-cavity aluminum molds sized to your annual volume. The tool is yours.

Material. Polyurethane systems sourced in the United States and held to a documented specification. Every lot is traceable.

Process control. Ratio, temperature, and cure are controlled by the dispensing machine and recorded per work instruction. Operators check durometer and dimensions at defined intervals.

Scheduling. Blanket orders with releases, or discrete purchase orders. We plan material and machine time so repeat parts have consistent lead times.

Inspection and shipping. Dimensional and hardness checks against the print, packaging to your specification, and inspection records with the shipment.

Capacity

We will be straightforward about capacity. If a program is larger than the shop can support at the lead time you need, we will say so at the quote stage and, where it makes sense, propose splitting the demand or adding tooling and shifts.

Common questions

What volumes make sense for Titan Works?
Our sweet spot is programs from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand parts a year. Below that, see prototyping and low-volume. Above that, we will talk honestly about capacity and may still be the right fit for a portion of the demand.
Do you hold inventory or ship to a schedule?
Both. Many customers give us a blanket order with monthly or quarterly releases. We can also hold a safety stock of finished parts so a spike in demand does not become a stockout.
Can you supply a PPAP or first article report?
Yes. We regularly provide first article inspection reports, material certifications, and control plans. Tell us which PPAP level your program requires.
