Our home market

Titan Works grew up casting parts for aftermarket suspension. Our largest programs are spring inserts, bump stops, and related components for air suspension and load-support kits sold for half-ton and heavy-duty pickups, including the Ford F-150 and Ram 2500 platforms. We understand the volumes, the seasonality, and the tolerance for missed ship dates in this market, which is zero.

What aftermarket brands need from a caster

  • Consistency across lots. A kit that ships in March should ride the same as one that shipped in September. Our process controls and durometer checks are built for that.
  • Reliable releases. Blanket orders with monthly releases are normal here. Domestic material means we do not miss them because of a port.
  • Fast development. New vehicle platforms arrive every year. Prototype tooling in days lets your engineers test fit and feel before you commit.
  • Someone who answers. The owner quotes the work and takes the call when a spec needs to change.

Parts we cast for this market

Spring inserts, bump stops, spacers and leveling components, bushings, and mount isolators. Every part is made to the customer’s print or sample. We do not sell a competing catalog.

Performance and motorsports

Cast urethane is a natural fit for performance parts: firmer bushings, progressive bump stops, and durable mounts. Titan Works has supplied small components to a General Motors racing program, the kind of low-quantity, high-attention work the large casters do not take.

Common questions

Do you sell parts direct to consumers?
No. Titan Works is a contract manufacturer. We cast components for brands that design, package, and sell the kits. If you are an installer or vehicle owner, contact the kit manufacturer.
Can you cast parts for a kit we are developing?
Yes. Prototype tooling is inexpensive and fast, so we can pour samples in several hardnesses for your team to test before you commit to production.
Are you an approved vendor to any OEMs?
Titan Works is an approved vendor to General Motors and has supplied small components to a GM motorsports program. Most of our work is for aftermarket brands.
  • Spring inserts

Load-support and helper components that sit inside or alongside coil and air springs to add capacity and control sag.

  • Bump stops

Progressive-rate jounce bumpers that absorb the last inch of travel without harshness and never take a set.

  • Production runs

Scheduled programs from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand parts a year, with domestic material and predictable lead times.
