What they do
Bushings are the pivots of a suspension. They let control arms, sway bars, and links rotate while absorbing shock and isolating noise. Factory rubber bushings are tuned for comfort and wear out. Aftermarket urethane bushings are tuned for control and last.
Why cast urethane
Polyurethane holds its shape under lateral load, so the suspension geometry stays where the engineer put it. It resists oil, salt, and ozone, so it does not crack and deteriorate the way rubber does after a few winters. And because the bushing is cast rather than molded under pressure, a steel or aluminum sleeve can be bonded in place during the pour, delivering a finished assembly with no secondary operation.
What we bring to it
Titan Works casts bushings with molded-in inner sleeves, two-piece designs for split installation, and flanged profiles. We prepare and prime inserts for adhesion, control durometer to the ride quality the kit designer specifies, and inspect bore and flange dimensions against the print.
