Beyond suspension
Titan Works specializes in automotive suspension components because that is the market around us in Michigan. The process does not care what the part is. If it is a load-bearing, wear-resistant, or vibration-damping shape that can be cast in a mold, we can probably make it.

Starting from a sample
Many custom requests start with a part in hand rather than a drawing: a supplier closed, a product was discontinued, or the original was never urethane and keeps failing. We can measure the sample, match or improve the hardness, build a tool, and pour. See re-sourcing a discontinued part for the steps.
Starting from a drawing
If you have a print or model, we will review it for castability, suggest draft, radii, and venting changes if any are needed, and quote tooling and parts. Designing for cast urethane covers the basics before you send it.
Starting from a problem
Sometimes the right starting point is a description: this bracket pad keeps splitting, this aluminum spacer corrodes to the frame, this rubber isolator goes soft in a year. Tell us the problem and the environment. Urethane may be the answer, and if it is not we will say so.
