What does Titan Works make?
Cast polyurethane elastomer parts. Most are suspension and vibration components for the automotive aftermarket: spring inserts, bump stops, spacers, bushings, and pads. We also cast fixture pads, wear parts, rollers, and custom shapes for industrial and defense customers.
Do you sell parts to the public?
No. We are a contract manufacturer. We cast parts for the brands and companies that sell the finished kits and equipment.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Single prototypes and small runs are welcome. Per-piece cost drops as quantity rises.
What are typical lead times?
Prototypes are often two weeks from tool approval. Production releases on established parts are typically a few weeks. Because our material is sourced domestically, lead times are under our control rather than a shipping line’s.
Who owns the tooling?
You do. Tooling is quoted separately, and once paid for it is your property. We store and maintain it at no charge while the program is active.
What hardness range can you cast?
Roughly 40 Shore A to 75 Shore D. See our durometer guide for what those numbers mean.
Can you mold in metal inserts?
Yes. Steel, stainless, aluminum, and brass inserts are fixtured in the mold and bonded during the pour.
Where is your material from?
Our polyurethane systems are sourced from a supplier in the United States. We are moving supply to a Michigan facility that sources its chemistry in North America.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is linked in the footer and available on request.
Can you provide PPAP, first article reports, or material certs?
Yes. Tell us what level of documentation your program needs at the quote stage.
Are you a veteran-owned business?
Yes. Owner Alex Van Drie is a US Army veteran and the company is veteran owned and operated.
